VolCorp Celebrates the First 40
We’re are kicking off Forum’21 with a special 40th Anniversary party! You are cordially invited to join us in celebration for an evening of cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. The party will take place in the Symphony Ballroom of the Loews’ Vanderbilt Hotel, and entertainment will be provided by Rock & Roll Pianos. Come join us as we celebrate the first 40 years of VolCorp!
Golf Tournament
You are invited to participate in our annual golf tournament on Wednesday, August 18th at Gaylord Springs Golf Links. Cost is $169 per golfer. Transportation is on your own. Directions are available at https://www.gaylordsprings.com/contact/directions-map. Breakfast at 7:00 a.m. with a shotgun start at 8:00 a.m., followed by lunch after the tournament.
Ready. Set. Throw.
The past year or so has been a little different due to COVID-19. Let’s kick back, relax, and step out of the ordinary and have some fun with axes at Bad Axe Throwing on Wednesday, August 18th! Don’t worry if you’ve never thrown, or even handled an axe before! No experience or athletic ability is needed – their axe-throwing coaches will teach us how to throw an axe within three throws and turn everyone into a pro in no time. Once we’ve sharpened our skills, we’ll kick off a round-robin tournament followed by a final knockout round to award the Forum’21 axe-throwing champion. If you think axes are just for chopping wood, you’ve got it all wrong! Lunch will be provided. Casual clothing is recommended and you must wear closed-toed shoes.
Topgolf Dinner and Games
Go Out Swinging with Us! Attend our Forum@Night event on Thursday, August 19, 2021. The evening will consist of dinner, fun golf games for all skill levels, and amazing views of the Nashville skyline at Topgolf Nashville. We will meet in the Loews Vanderbilt lobby at 6:00 p.m. and ride the bus to Topgolf. Dress for this event is casual.
